Resident Advisor Tickets: Junior Account Manager

Resident Advisor (RA) exists to support local scenes and connect the global electronic music community. Founded in 2001, we are staffed by 50, based in 6 offices around the world, and read by more than 3.5 million people a month.

This position, which can be based in Los Angeles or New York, has been created to provide additional support and account management for our clients. While this role will interact with the global ticketing team on a daily basis, it retains a core North American focus to ensure we maintain our growth and industry-leading service levels in one of our most important markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management for existing ticketing clients in North America

  • Researching and developing relationships with potential new partners

  • Meeting with promoters to share knowledge about new/existing RA products

  • Regular check-ins with promoters via email, phone calls and face to face meetings

  • Be an initial point of contact for promoters with RA questions

  • Coordinate and assist in event announcements and onsales for clients

  • Consult promoters on how to best manage and promote their events

  • On-site logistical and customer support for key accounts and events

  • Identify new ticketing opportunities through understanding of local markets

  • Alongside Senior Account Manager, pitch for new ticketing opportunities

  • Assist Senior Account Manager with creating partner proposals and overview decks
